- Had an outrageously expensive dinner at Aureole, known for it's cool wine tower (servers attach themselves to cables which lifts them up allowing them to grab bottles from higher sections of the tower).
- Rode the New York New York rollercoaster. Been a while since I've ridden one and it was much fun. Sad that I really don't think I'll make it to Six Flags this summer. I refuse to go on the weekends, just not worth it.
- One afternoon my boss and I bought all day passes to the arcade on the strip. Finally got to play the Initial D arcade game!
- Level of pampering at the Four Seasons is not right. They have people walking around the pool side carry aerosol cans of Evian water. The purpose? To spray it on your face should you ask for it. My boss did it while he was IN the pool.
- Cirque Du Soleil Ka is amazing! Especially the transforming platform they used repeatedly. Mike told me there was a documentary of it on the Learning Channel so I'm going to have to look it up.
- Lion habitat in a casino... who thought of that? Dig it.
- Slot machine melodies can drive you insane after a while.
- I'm beginning to pick up some of Corwin's prejudices or... dislikes. Especially fat people.
- Corwin made me go to the driving range with him. So I got a demo club, the Calloway Big Bertha Titanium 454 driver. I dented the hell out of that thing, but after giving me the look, the head guy there let me get away with it. Otherwise I would have been out $300.
- Def Con 13? Disgusting. Think CMU's Boss Hall 2nd floor smell, but a few times worse and covering an entire hotel/motel atmosphere. First time and last time I'll be attending that.
- Song (operated by Delta Airlines) is a sweet and cheap ride. Direct TV in every seat.
