Tomorrow at 9 minutes before the market closes, the Discovery is set to lift off. Even after recent damage to the tiles near the tail, NASA is determined to follow through, citing the damage as minor, easily fixed before the launch tomorrow. Let's hope everything goes smoothly.

Just a random bit of information for those of you interested, it is NASA tradition for the flight controllers in the Mission Control Center to greet the crew in the morning with musical wake-up calls. Whether or not we can get a live feed of the STS-114's morning hijinks is uncertain, but you can listen to the STS-107 wake-up calls here. Hakuna Matata! I like their taste.
