This morning the lady working the register at the Jamba Juice I frequent insisted on putting my name down as Superman. Apparently the pink/salmon button shirt I was wearing reminded her of Dean Cain. Great, I too could be hosting a show on Animal Planet right now! That is what he is doing right? I recall seeing him hosting one while channel surfing. I can't find any mention of it on the net, the last show he hosted was Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Not exactly material of high entertainment value. But I will give him props for starring next to Teri Hatcher on Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. Pretty eyes... (Teri that is). By the way, Maria Bartiromo, the anchor of "Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo", has some great eyes too. She's constantly on CNBC whenever we have the TV in the office on. Okay I'll stop I'm a creep.Back to DC, during the conversation I noticed I had the same initials as Dean Cain, yes ladies and gentlemen, my claim to semi-fame. Anyway, reading through his bio he attended Princeton around the same time Jim Lee did! COOOOOOOOOLLLOOOOOOOSSEEERRR. Yes I am. Think I might have more school pride for Princeton U. than Carnegie Mellon. Moving on. You just wasted a full minute reading this entry. Score.

i'm not much of a superhero gal myself, but i really loved that tv show... and dean cain was a cutie. there was a guy at cmu my first year (i think he was a senior at the time) whose name i don't know but for some reason always reminded me of dean cain. similar build, dark hair... i dunno, no one else seemed to see it.

Nope, he played Saftey for the Princeton team. He also went out for the Buffalo Bills I think, but an injury during training camp ended his career.
I could have sworn he went to harvard but Ill take your word for it...

In my current F1 obsessed phase, the other name I immediately associate with DC is...David Coulthard, Red Bull driver. The press always calls him DC. Someone for you to root for perhaps? Okay, now I'm becoming a cooloser. You should trademark that by the way.
