Just some quick notes on this year's championships. I caught most of it while staying at Rob's place this weekend, but ended up turning it off before Mocco's match came on. Steve Mocco and Joe Dubuque, both from NJ took national titles this year. Everyone knew they were good during my high school days, but I never thought they'd go so far. Well, maybe Mocco.

To think I used to wrestle in the same room as them during scrimmages and team camps. Yessir, that's my claim to fame. If I recall correctly, Dubuque was double jointed in his shoulders, so whenever you tried turning him with an arm bar, he would just flip his arms out over the top. And Mocco... he was just a beast. Devlin always had problems wrestling him, but he always made a good showing. -FIN
