Had gel in my hair this morning, it's still there!
The commute this morning was as good as it was bad yesterday. The morning stroll to the bus stop was a great way to start the day. Rounding the corner on Sycamore Avenue, the streams were still gushing from the downpour yesterday. A familiar damp smell hung in the air, bringing me back to the days we'd ride our bikes to the courts to see if they were dry enough to play on. Handing my ticket to the bus driver who arrived a few minutes after I got to the stop, I was able to get one of the front seats behind the driver. This time I was dry, oh yes very dry indeed, and the gel in my hair was going nowhere.

Getting into the city was painless, absolutely no traffic. With all this time on my hands, (the bus arrived a little after 8:20am) I decided to treat myself to some Gray's Papaya. Nothing like two hot dogs with onions and a cup of Coconut Champagne to start your day right? Oh they were fantastic. So good I didn't even bother eating lunch today! That's correct, I was reliving that breakfast all day. Word of advice: Gray's Papaya is definitely not breakfast food, unless you want to taste it for the rest of the day.

I also managed to grab my daily power-sized Jamba Juice. With all the time on my hands, I actually stood back and studied the menu somewhat. I'm convinced that Mango a go-go is my favorite drink there. Really, it is somewhat, a 'forced' favorite since I dislike any of the citrus drinks or ones with dairy in it.
