Please make it happen. I'm a NJ resident, but honestly I feel for them. They don't get much support from our state and their stadium is in the middle of nowhere. It would honestly be easier for me to drive to Brooklyn to catch a game than to go to the Meadowlands. I used to live two blocks from the area, parents still have two buildings nearby. I would love to see the stadium rejuvenate the neighborhood. Some call the area Brooklyn's SoHo.
