Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend your energies on moving forward toward finding the answer.

Mid-semester break... put about a thousand miles on the car. CMU > Penn State > Philly > Rutgers > Home > Rutgers > Home > Penn State > CMU. Whoopah, could have driven to the midwest and back and have mileage to spare. Need to road trip out there sometime. Penn State's gym was very impressive, about the size of Rangos Hall (1 2 and 3). 6 flat bench stations, 6 incline and decline stations, two REAL power clean stations... awesome facilities. Ran into Dean Murphy today and I made it a point to mention that to him, how CMU's athletic facilities are a joke.

So I was home for two nights, got nothing done at home. Didn't even get a chance to visit the high school and check up on the wrestling team, but check it out, we finally won our sectionals! Apparently, Phillipsburgh dropped down to Group 3 which pretty much cleared the way for LHS. During our time (years ago), we had to go up against Phillipsburgh everytime for the sectionals, at the time they were ranked 2nd in the state, basically sent us home early every year. For the Group 4 state title, the Lancers didn't do to well, especially when we ran into Absegami, the first ranked team in the state in the first round. Wonder what the point total was.

So I came back to CMU to a dead computer. I spent an entire night trying to track down the problem and couldn't narrow it down. Swapped the ram chips one by one, changed up the slots, checked the CPU (no physical damage, no burn smell). My server is sitting there dead right now. It's either the CPU, Mobo or PSU. I tried Zan's CPU, that didn't work, I also tried clearing the CMOS, that did nothing either. Anyone want to help me out?

Miscellaneous stuff to follow: Who needs sleep? No one! Not with this pill anyway! Wonder how it would affect someone if one were to take it for 5 years =D. In Japan, forgetting your cell phone or having it off or the battery drained is a social taboo. Wi-Fi is really coming along. A lot of the Starbucks I've been to offer T-Mobile wireless access (@ 30-40 bucks a month =T). Dancing Goats, a nearby coffee shop offers free Wi-Fi (I'll probably start hitting that place up more often, just to get away from campus... once I find the time to do so). Now believe it or not, McDonalds is offering Wi-Fi. Toshiba has released some new PDA models, the e550, powerful! Check out the Canon Powershot S400, it's the size of the S230 but with more megapixels =D. Hmmm...Sharp has a new laptop that comes with a dock allowing you to sync it with your desktop. Pretty cool, now if I can use the laptop at the same time while syncing the two up, that would be nice. The Mac OS X looks pretty hot, care to transform your PC into a Mac OS X look alike? Check out programs like this. Lastly, an SNL Skit sent to me by Bry... pretty funny: skit.

The past two days have been productive days... I guess the long drives during mid-semester break gave me some time to relax.
